Yoga
The Foundation
New to yoga, recovering from an injury or you’re an experienced yogi and just want to get back to your foundation work then this class is just for you. Expect to learn the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a vinyasa flow of postures linked together by the breath. Strength & flexibility are not required, we promise this will be gained through regular attendance. 60 Minutes.

Gentle
Designed to revitalize the body, relax the mind and reduce stress, this slow-moving gentle restorative class synchronizes movement with breath for the perfect mind and body connection. Great for beginners and anyone wanting to restore their internal balance. Poses are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Strength & flexibility are not required, we promise this will be gained through regular attendance. 60 Minutes.

HIIT Yoga
HIIT Yoga brings about more cardio-intensive workout while stretching and lengthening the body. The perfect complementary pair that helps to build on stamina and target neglected muscles. In this class you can expect calorie-blasting moves that work to simultaneously de-stress you and energize you. You can expect 60 minutes of movement that will promote cardiovascular health, flexibility and strength.

A fitness-based approach to a Vinyasa style flow styled by unique teachers and exciting music. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with an athletic and mindful flow, producing a beautiful, flowing pattern of motion and energy. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, physical and mental stamina all in one class. A common misconception is this style of yoga is reserved only for the most advanced students. Just show up, your body and mind will learn and respond to the movements, making them a bit easier each time. You don’t have to be a highly skilled and experienced yogi to practice Power Flow. All you need is the willingness to open your mind and body to a highly energetic and movement-oriented practice. 60 Minutes.

Gypsy Flow
Comfort, the enemy of progress. In true GWY form let’s explore our mind and body and push ourselves past the comfort zone and journey into the unknown. This class will mirror our Power Flow class but expect to try new things like inversions, arm balancing and creative vinyasa flows by each unique teacher. 60 Minutes.

Soul with Gypsy
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understandings, in all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your path. In this class, we will focus our intention and meditation on God’s truths found in His Holy Word. We will anchor our heart, mind, and strength on a foundation of who we are in Christ. A worship experience created to authentically connect with Christ through biblical scriptures, worship music, and physical postures. Through a series of breath work, meditation and movement, you will have the opportunity to connect with the one who created your heart and couldn’t possibly love you more than he does in this moment. Soul Sessions are 100% Jesus and 100% yoga. Come prepared to connect with Christ on your mat. This will be a flowing vinyasa yoga class, for ALL LEVELS.

Yoga Sculpt
When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. As you move to upbeat music expect an exciting vinyasa flow that will add in free weights, cardio, and a full body workout. This class will build lean muscle mass, increase your cardiovascular health while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Gypsy 26
Gypsy 26 gives you the true sequence and structure of traditional yoga with the 26 beginner postures, or asanas. Each posture is designed to stretch and strengthen specific muscles. This class will also stimulate the organs, glands, and nerves moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout the body restore the body and rejuvinating the mind.

Yin
Yin is a slower paced practice with longer holds and a relaxation of the muscles to create a deeper stretch. It gets into our muscle fascia, connective tissue, bones and joints, and tends to focus on the lower half of our bodies- the hips, legs, pelvis, and low back. It also allows us to go deeper within ourselves, often confronting areas of our body or mind that may need healing or attention.

Gypsy Align
A flow focused on heavy cueing in each pose, breaking down proper alignment.
The instructor will introduce lessons in the classes of aligning to our truest selves and our chakras. Each week we will talk and have a flow that correlates with that chakra; aligning ourselves to our Ayurvedic doshas and discussion on what they are & flows for them aligning ourselves with the niyamas and the yamas. Aerial (Oxford)
Immerse yourself in a transformative aerial yoga experience designed to release and rejuvenate the fascia tissue throughout your entire body. This unique class combines the support and fluidity of aerial silks with targeted stretches and movements to gently yet effectively break through fascia restrictions, promoting increased mobility, flexibility, and overall body harmony.

Ride with intention. This 45 minute class is a full-body, choreographed ride that gives you the low impact, cardio you need without hitting the pavement. Each instructor brings energy, good music, and passion to their class. Ride to the music as you set your soul on fire with every peddle stroke. This class will motivate, transform, and challenge your endurance. Lights are down and the music is up!

Heated Barre
Hot barre is an invigorating blend of hot yoga with ballet, Pilates, weight training and interval training. The workout is centered on the barre, which is there to provide stability, ease balance and improve posture as you target the core, glutes, arms and legs in this sweaty, fast-paced workout. That’s 45 minutes of thigh-toning ballet moves, glute-strengthening yoga poses, and triceps-tonight weight lifts followed by a cool down. Throughout each interval, you’ll be reminded to focus on controlled, deep breathing.

Spin & Yin
True bliss is exactly what this class offers. 30 minutes of cycling followed by a 30 minute Yin series to truly silence the mind and relax the body. This class allows you to balance your energy systems and gives a unique sense of calmness you will feel both physically and mentally.

Row & Flow
This mind & body experience gives you the perfect combination. This class provides a nice low impact, cardio workout with rowing and then complete the class with a yoga flow. This class is 60 minutes in length and sure to give you a good sweat while calming the mind resulting in pure bliss.

Gypsy Fusion
A combination of our Lets Cycle and heated barre class. Intensity+Balance. This hybrid class is a strength-cardio combination like no other. First, 30 minutes of challenging indoor cycling revs your cardiovascular fitness. Then, hop off the bike and work your core, upper and lower body, Barre-style. Warrior Sculpt
A total body workout. It combines arms, legs, and core exercises in a heated room. We incorporate exercise bands, weights, and balls to amplify your workout to engage your core and increase your balance. This is an advance class. We recommend you have attended a heated class at Gypsy prior and are familiar with lifting weights. 45min.

Hot Kettlebell
Hot Kettlebell is a combination of yoga and kettlebell exercises that work every major muscle group. The class is a total body workout that can burn 500 calories. The class is a high-energy class that is suitable for all fitness levels. The intensity of the class can be adjusted by changing the weight of the kettlebell.
(Kettlebells are cast iron bell-shaped weights with handles.) Kettlebell yoga is the combination of Russian strength training that uses kettlebells and traditional vinyasa sequences.

Hot Kickboxing
Get ready to feel unstoppable with our latest addition to the combo class lineup- Hot kickboxing. Try this high intensity interval training work out that’ll leave you breathless and high on endorphins with a major focus on core. Take out some aggression with both bag and mitt work. Feel free to bring along your own gloves if you’ve got them! We start the class focusing on form and technique. This class will build that lean muscle and burn fat in the ultimate workout that’ll leave you feeling strong, calm and confident.

Regeneration Class
This class is catered to athletes looking for active regeneration. It is intense enough to increase your heart rate and blood flow to muscle tissue, but so light that it does not cause additional fatigue that would prevent subsequent regeneration. The focus is on mobility, flexibility, stability, and balance. The goal in each class is to reinforce positive movement patterns that are efficient and lower the risk of injury. We use a fundamental modality of athletic regeneration and recovery called myofascial release.
When we understand the role that fascia plays with the musculoskeletal system, we see movement in a more effective way. Taking an overall systemic view of movement ensures we understand dysfunction and how to attack the problems causing it, not just chasing away pain. (Avg temp 98 Humidity 65%)
